2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Fiinutrition and to every distance contract concluded between Fiinutrition and the consumer.

3. The offer

3.1 All products are dietary supplements such as protein, creatine and related products. 3.2 Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. 3.3 The information on the website is not intended as medical advice. In case of doubt, consult a doctor or specialist.

4. The agreement

4.1 The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions. 4.2 Fiinutrition confirms the agreement electronically.

5. Prices

5.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. 5.2 Any shipping costs will be clearly stated before completing the order.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment must be made in advance via the offered payment methods. 6.2 Fiinutrition reserves the right to refuse orders in case of payment problems.

7. Delivery and execution

7.1 Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest. 7.2 Exceeding delivery times does not entitle the consumer to compensation.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1 The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receipt. 8.2 Excluded from the right of withdrawal are: opened or sealed dietary supplements of which the seal has been broken, in accordance with article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.

9. Liability

9.1 Use of the products is at your own risk. 9.2 Fiinutrition is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use. 9.3 Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the website and products belong to Fiinutrition.

11. Complaints procedure

Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of discovery via info@fiinutrition.nl.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
